Great for hip thrusts
I just received this box today. The only reason I bought this was to do hip thrusts, and it is perfect for that. Other reviews say it's too hard, I think it is just right. It is large enough to not slide around while doing hip thrusts. If you bought a 12" soft plyo box for jumps, it would work well for that too. You won't regret buying this if you want to comfortably do hip thrusts in your home gym.

This Plyometric box has been a great addition to my home gym set up. It can be used for step-ups but its a bit wobbly so not ideal if you want to go heavy. Great for box jumps however!
