This is my third piece of enameled cast iron from the collection. It wears extremely well and cleans up easily with a paste of Dawn detergent or other brand and baking soda. No stains in any of the pans although I have made tomato based Italian and Mexican dishes as well as various soups and stews. Why pay more? This is a great value!!

This is a cute, smaller 3 qt. Dutch oven with flouted sides and a flower handle. (A black BakeLite handle is also included.) I bought the Pink which is pink but depending on the lighting looks more Salmon color. Since it is smaller, it's lighter than my 6 qt. which is nice. I intend to use this for sourdough bread and it made a perfectly formed loaf this morning! I let the dough rise overnight in a warm oven turned off and just cooked in the morning. I did use parchment paper. It would also be cute for a side dish or soup depending on how many people were eating. I did get it on sale so I think it was a great value. Overall, I'm glad that I bought it!
