This bakeware set is a must-have if you're updating to matte black. Several months ago I purchased several ramekin sets in the same finish and was so impressed, that I set out to buy the 8x8 brownie baker. Sadly, Walmart was out of stock (for what seemed like forever), and eventually I bought the brownie pan from the Thyme %26 Table website. Finally checked back at Wal-Mart.com where I saw the casserole set back in stock! I love the elegant, black matte finish, and goldish-brown trim. Everything baked well came through a dishwasher cycle just fine. I made enchiladas in my pan and my guests raved about the meal and the bakeware! Definitely buy it as an upgrade!

I ordered this for a friend in Illinois but made a mistake and it came to me. I could have returned it but it was so beautiful, I decided to keep it. I've used it several times and find that nothing sticks to it like my old Pyrex casseroles. And, it's a beautiful set.
