Great flask!
These are my favorite buy of the year! I have purchased 5 more for my entire family! We fill them up & keep them in the fridge. I always take one with me wherever I go. I have left it in my truck and 6-8 hours later, THERE'S STILL ICE IN IT!!! =D I drink 22oz in the morning as soon as I wake up and get ready for work. I also have one on my desk and I know that I have to finish it by the end of the day. Gotta keep hydrated!
