I'm in Love with my LODGE DUTCH OVEN

I've been changing out my teflon pots and pans and bought this cast iron dutch oven. I LOVE IT! I finally got a chance to use it and it was awesome. Now it's a toss up between wanting to use this or my crock pot when I make stews. Lodge Cast Iron is the best! Not only am I buying products made in the USA but the quality is great. I have bought many other cast iron pans recently. I definitely recommend the Dutch Oven and other products made by Lodge. They are pre-seasoned and quite well I might add and easy to keep up with the seasoning. THANK YOU!!

Good Bargain for a great product

I love cooking with Cast Iron and had been looking for a good cast iron dutch oven. I had looked at quite a few stores but I wanted one that was made in America. I did an internet search and found the brand Lodge was the "only" cast iron made in the USA. I went to their web site and was going to purchase from there, but decided to find if I could buy it a little less expensive on a different site. I found that Wal-mart sold the Lodge brand and not only that, but it was also $20.00 less expensive than from the Lodge website. I used it already to bake some bread in and it turned out so good. I'm quite happy with my purchase and even happier that I saved so much buying from Wal-mart.
