The thing that caused 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is that the dimensions are for the unit, with no accodation for the space that the plug occupies. This means that it may NOT fit in a space that measures the same as the product's dimensions. The issue is that the back of the microwave is NOT fully recessed (to account for the plug). The back side behind the control panel has enuogh recess, but the area behind the turntable does NOT. So depending on where your outlet is, you may need a space that is about an inch deeper than what LG indicates. This forced us to palce the microwave the only place it wold fit, and NOT where we wanted it to be.
