I bought the deep blue and I wore it and it did NOT run, smear or chip or crack it stayed on until I took it off. And the price was reasonable. I bought expensive liquid eyeliners and they smudged and faded and made my eyes look like I was a racoon I won't be spending a lot of money on eyeliners anymore.
