best for brows

I've used lots of different brow pencils but this is my favorite because it's thicker than a regular pencil, looks realistic and goes on nicely. (softer than a thin pencil) For me, it's perfect to both create the shape and fill it in.

Love The Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil

Love the thick crayon like design. Don't want to paint on my eyebrows. The old thinner type pencils don't do the job. You can fill in your brows add arch and extend eyebrow lines! In general, Rimmel is a good brand and great value!
