Revlon Colorstay Brow Mousse Soft Brown

Okay ladies, if you are at all like me then you have a sad excuse for eyebrows. I had pretty much given up on making my eyebrows look good. I don't wear makeup very often because I don't know how to apply it in a way that I really like. As always I get really stumped when I get to my eyebrows because I really don't know what to do and whatever I have done made them look dark, thick, and fake. Oh and dare I say "angry". I tried this product as a last hope and I am so glad I did! The product description states that Revlon ColorStay Brow Mousse styles brows for a fuller softly defined look and they weren't kidding. I could not believe how easily and how quickly I was able to fill in my scant, gaped, pitiful looking eyebrows. The tip of the brush has just the whisper of tiny bristles that worked absolute magic on any unruly hairs and whipped them into submission. All you have to do is twist the bottom of the tube and the mousse comes out of small holes that are in between the bristles. Then simply brush the mousse onto your eyebrows and fine tune with the tip. It's such a "no brainer" that even I couldn't mess it up. I love this product so much that I now wear makeup almost every time I go out. I feel confident knowing that not only is my makeup on point but my eyebrows are looking like they never looked before. This is the first time I have ever gotten excited about makeup in my life and now I look forward to putting it on. The package states that it wears up to 24 hrs. I got color 404 Dark Brown which matched my eyebrows to a tee.

Rich velvety color. Covers gray. Stays put. Called soft black but it's pretty intense. I think a brown black might be better for me. It is a little more work than some brow products but given the fact it stays put lasts 100% and the bonus of gray cover am willing to take 2x the time and effort. The reason it performs so well is the waxy-like base goes on first with a brush in short strokes.. Then with the other end of the brush you apply the powder in the same way. Lastly you use the spoolie brush to tidy the brow & further distribute the color. If you get color on your skin a q-tip removes it easily enough.
