shipping was quick. This chainsaw was impressive, I had a huge branch from a 100 year old pin oak that lightning struck come down. It was about thirty foot long 8" thick the saw cut right thru it. Now it didnt cut through it as fast as a gas powerd saw, but still cut it with no problem. I made several cuts to make it more managable to handle. What a nice saw for everyday home use very impressed. Well worth the money.

The only thing I would have like to see was a little bottle of chain oil. The safety glasses that came with the saw was broken but I have better ones already. Thanks for the gloves, nice touch. No gas needed and it is really powerful. just right for me to handle.
