Comfortable for back pain

I bought it because I was searching for a mat for long standing and when I saw this I said this is it. I am grateful because I stand while cooking it's very soft under my feet and comfortable wash it in the washing machine under delicate and hung it up for drying. I would recommend any one with a foot or back problem to just try it it's been helping me.
