This item packs a punch on the strength of the many power levels. Perfect around the neck and long enough that it can avoid hair. If you have long hair, maybe a hair tie would be a good idea, just in case. I am using this item for my wonderful-stupid hot-flash issue. All women eventually get and would benefit from this style of neck fans. The 2 fans can move around in any direction and stay put where you put them. The do stay in the desired position, till it is moved. I can even use the bendable parts of the product to perfectly attach it to a stroller. There are the options to either point both fans at me (while wrapped around the stroller) or the option of pointing one fan at me and one toward the child (if the child is riding in the direction facing the parent). It also works to attach it to a mobility scooter. Perfect for theme parks. I like these options in case a person does not want to wear it around their neck. Note: It did not come charged (at least mine did not). I charged overnight and it has worked for over 3 hours and has not depleted it's charge yet. I think the website says it will go up to 6-7 hours on one charge. Mine does NOT give an indicator light to show the amount of charge left. That's ok with me for the inexpensive price I paid. I will be buying another one to leave in my car, in case the one I just purchased runs out of power when out and about. I can then immediately grab the second, fully charged one. I plan to buy these for older family members as Christmas gifts. Plus, it will be the perfect Elephant gift that will be the item people desire most. Say yes to this device!!!!
