Outdoor Recreation Company of America warrants ORCA Hard Sided Coolers to be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a lifetime from the date of original purchase. Graphics on coolers have a 1 year limited warranty. If warranty applies, ORCA shall either repair the product or provide you with a replacement product if provides defective under the terms of this warranty within the lifetime of the original purchaser. If a product is discontinued and cannot be repaired or replaced, warranty resolution is at the discretion of ORCA Coolers. The warranty is not transferable. Owner must present original proof of purchase from Authorized ORCA Dealer to obtain warranty. Dealers, service centers or retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty.

GREAT cooler
Got this for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loves it! Said it holds ice longer than his yeti. Big enough to fit everything in, Its a little heavy when its filled up but nothing bad to say about this product!! We highly recommend it!

Worth It
We rode out hurricane Milton in SW Florida, here's a real-world scenario for the use of this 26q cooler: >>The cooler was room temp ~76°F when 2 bags of ice (20lbs) and 2x-14oz frozen bottles of water were added at 0-hours >>The cooler wasn't opened until +10-hours later, one of the 10-lb bags of ice was replaced with a fresh bag, nothing else was removed, the lid was promptly sealed. >>The cooler was opened again at +41-hours and the ice was largely still there, and there was ~4-inches of meltwater holding steady at 34.5°F
