Delivery was good quality of product was excellent. The only thing is pricing on certain products is a lot higher than other place and some thing say store pick up only. That makes no sense. I am ordering online because I don't like going to the store. The stores just don't always feel like a safe place to shop

Ive used arge coolers on extended desert rafting trips where the temperatures are above 100 degrees for 5-6 days for more than 20 years. . Lifetime coolers hold ice as well as the best roto-molded brand, no question there. The difference has been durability. Standing on lifetime coolers, one could feel the lid sag and deform, causing the cooler not to seal as well. This cooler seems to have resolved that. I weight 190 pounds and standing on it there is no perceptible sag. Quart-for-quart, this is about $300-500 less than a roto-molded cooler. Ive been waiting for a cooler like this for 20 years. These are also lighter than root-molded, and the latch mechanism is more durable than most of them which use a rubber latch that crack over time.
