RTIC 32 QT Hard-Sided Ice Chest Cooler, Ultra-Light, Fits 48 Cans, Marine/Canvas

We go winter camping with a canvas tent and wood stove. I was previously using a wonderful cooler backpack, but struggled because my items would remain frozen or would freeze instead of just keeping them cold due to the materials of the cooler. A friend of mine purchased a cooler like this and let us borrow it over a very cold thanksgiving weekend. It was perfect. My block ice remained a block, my frozen items thawed but stayed perfectly cold as they needed to be, none of my beverages froze/became slush, and nothing was frozen solid (except the block of ice) being stored outdoors for 4 days in below zero temps! It worked fantastically! It's much lighter than that other big brand for a similar size so that helps greatly when we have to transport our stuff in carts (no snow) or on our toboggan (snowy conditions). I can't wait to try it this summer in places where we may car camp in dispersed camping areas.
