I received the entertainment center in perfect beautiful condition, but the fireplace insert wasn't a part of the shipment so I contacted the seller which was easy. He informed me that it's shipped separately. sure enough it arrived the very next day. It's lightweight but at the same time very sturdy. It looks exactly how it does in the pictures. Easy to put together if you have a drill.
