Previously I had a kuerig machine %26 constantly it would clog, need to be descaled which was a pain, and I had to replace it less than 2 years after I bought the original. I wanted a machine that was better quality %26 could do both hot %26 iced coffee which led me to find this machine. Have had lots of good luck with this brand for other kitchen appliances and so far I've really liked this coffee machine. It's easy to use, easy to set up, looks nice on my counter and is not big %26 bulky. I also enjoy that it comes with either grounds or pods storage %26 a scoop. Ninja brand for the win again. Definitely recommend this machine. Great price as well.

This coffee maker is so good. I will never go back to Keurig. It is slim design and it makes iced coffee, hot coffee with pods or grounds and different flavor settings. Also, the container to put grounds in is contained on the side of the coffee maker which you don't see along with a scoop for the grounds

Easy to put together, attractive, solid quality, large volume tank but small footprint and fits tidily in my small kitchen. Notifies you when it needs cleaning. Makes up to 12oz of pod coffee and 24 oz of ground coffee with reusable ground coffee filter basket included. Great value overall. Coffee hot and tastes as expected. Ninja never disappoints!
