I reached my limit of frustration with Keurig branded models failing too quickly so I decided to give another brand a chance. I chose the Ninja Single-Serve ********* based on customer reviews, features, price, availability, and previous personal positive experience with Ninja small appliances. So far Im very pleased with the purchase. Features are excellent, the build quality seems very good, and the quality of the brewed coffee is MUCH better than what I've had with Keurig models. No splash, rich coffee brew, temperature is better (hotter), speed is good, and the noise level is tolerable. I'm hoping the longevity of the product sees my early impressions remain in tact.

I finally found a good coffee pot! I hope it lasts for a really long time. I've gone through probably five of the other K..... brand. I haven't used the 'grounds' as yet but my daughter has. Says it works great. Looks nice on the counter and doesn't take up a lot of room. Holds more water than the other brand. Yes I recommend this product.

I purchased this for my husband. We drink different types of coffee and he only drinks 1 or 2 cups a day. This is perfect for him. It accepts the pods, which we don't use, or use ground coffee. He uses the ground coffee option. We have purchased paper filters simply to reduce the amount of cleanup of the filter. He also uses this for hot tea or just hot water for cocoa. I highly recommend this. It absolutely works as advertised.
