Great liner for a great price

I’ve had a hard time finding a good black eyeliner that goes on soft and smooth, and doesn’t smear. I decided to grab this one day while shipping to give it a try and I’m so glad I did! I use liquid on my top lid, but like a pencil for my bottom lid and this is perfect. I love that it’s retractable, I never have to sharpen it. It goes on smooth, soft and never have problems with it smearing or wearing off. It lasts me all day. Great liner for a great price.
