I ordered 3 eye pencils and got pencils with only TIPS with color. There was nothing inside the pencil to push up to use, so ONLY the tip was useable. In other words, I didn;t get pencils, I got about 1/8" of color to use. Totally worthless after 2 uses. Do not order these!!!
