The first one we got through delivery was opened and used and did not work. So, after going to the store to get a new one. This one works really well, its easy to use and my dad loves it. He says grinding his own coffee is so much better than the store bought.

Easy to use, annoying to clean

It works well, it isn't obnoxiously loud (though it is loud), and i like the safety feature where the cap has to be on and locked in a specific spot in order to be used. it is annoying to clean, though, as coffee grounds get stuck under the blade so you're constantly shifting things out of the way to use the brush.
