I like it.
This is my first time using a coffee warmer and the only thing I don't like is it doesn't keep it as warm as I'd like. I have to put a cover on my cup so it will be hot enough. It's fine after that. It is painted black and where the cup sits and it gets scratched up. So all and all l would still recommend this product.
