Merrick Lane 24" Cappuccino Brown Wood Bar Counter Stool, White Upholstered Seat

When I ordered this bar stool set I was of the understanding that it was 2 per box, (the cardboard box it came in also stated such, see pic included) but it only came with one. I would never have purchased this if I had known, $100 per bar stool is far too expensive.

The chairs were shorter than expected. WalMart however was called many times to return ( I can count 5x) They recommended calling First Choice who said you bought them through WalMart they need to be returned through them. Two people told me I would be getting a call back to schedule a pick up (surprise that didn't happen) I was hung up on by one of the people who said they would have them picked up after hearing my name %26 email. I finally got someone who said he would email the return labels to me - within 5 minutes I had two of the three labels. I called back %26 the lady said it would be upto 48hours before she could get the third label to me (no) So do I return two?? Do I wait for the third label? Will it happen? Will I ever get my money back? It has now been 2.5 months of trying to return these three boxes that are still taking up space in my garage.
