the material doesn't feel very good and is pretty thin. The belts aren't necessary and a regular belt is way better then these canvas straps. they fit well at least.

These were nice looking, lightweight cargo shorts. My son usually needs a 29 waist, but the 30 was the smallest and they fit fine. The waistband button rivet came off after the first wearing. I don't know if that was a sign of poor quality or just a fluke.
