He loves it so much he used to wake up through the night and sleep on the rug with the last pet bed he had ,but not with this one he sleeps through the night in it and I even hear him snoring. Very pleased good quality I got the black im considering buying the brown for my 12 year old terrier too. Id say its safe purchase don't think you will regret I hope this helps
