Great pot, perfect size for big batches or small family. I was worried about the quality of the coating, but I just burned potato soup in it and it cleaned right off. It is medium weight, medium quality, which makes it great for this price. My lid fits fine, but some stores have a game they play called, "Give the damaged merch to the shipping and delivery customers. What are they gonna do, return it? Bwahahahaha" It's a very good basic that every kitchen needs.

Great Sauce Pot!
Actually, I don't use this as a Dutch oven. It's my favorite spaghetti sauce pot! I make big batches of things & this is a perfect sauce simmering pot. It's big enough to hold the sauce, sausages & meatballs. The vented lid is a nice touch for simmering. Instead of the lid chattering the whole time & getting drips of sauce down the side of the pot, the steam passes thorough the vent. The teflon coating makes for easy cleanup too.
