This is the best pet gate. My dog has anxiety issues and can't stand being alone. With this gate, she can see me and can't jump over it so when I'm in the bed room or kitchen or a room she is not supposed to be in, she's not constantly barking trying to locate me. It was easy to install. Fits in the door frame snug, she can't push it down or get it to open. It's great for toddlers too My Grandchildren can't reach it to open it either. It's made of real metal; heavy and secure. This is the best gate I've tried.

One male, in particular, loves to plow through doors and open the way for the rest to explore restricted areas of the house, creating quite a wake in their path! He is able to open closed doors (with round knobs). I've tried standard gates and retractable gates, all to no avail. They can jump over, push through, or pull them down. This is the first gate with the height and strength to stop them. I wish it were a little stronger, but then, the price would be higher. All- in-all, it's got my 5 stars. I'm actually considering ordering another one.
