Pretty, but Thin and Stiff in Texture

THEY ARE NOT THICK! THEY ARE NOT SOFT! However, they are well-made and rather colorful. They are thin with no fluffy creamy interior like most true thick wool socks are. They are actually stiff in texture and feel that way on one's feet. They are fine for casual wear with loafers and flat- and low-heel Mary Jane shoes. Maybe some softener will help them feel better on one's feet. I hope they do not shrink in the wash. These socks cannot be machine dried, not event accidentally, because they might truly shrink. I am keeping mine for wearing with slippers and sleeping under cold bed sheets during the winter months.
