Nightmare Return and Refund!!!!

Ok!!!!! I don't usually give this type of reviews, but unfortunately, it has been a nightmare. The barstools are very stylish, but poor quality and a bit hard to assemble. They did not fit on my countertop so I had to return them, and that's where all the bad experience begins. The refund has been a nightmare due to this product being shipped from different warehouses. It's been three months and I still haven't received my refund from one of the barstools. Apparently they don't see it in their system as return. Thank God I kept all emails and screenshots of the QR codes that Walmart provides as a return label. Still dealing with the refund. Make sure before you purchase this item to check your return policies.

Purchase Didn't Work Out

I was so hopeful this purchase would work out. Cute style, however the foam on both seats was compressed in one corner each, that did not come up overnight. One stool was put together fine, but the wood of the other one splintered at the pre-drilled hole. The order needed to be returned due to these issues.
