I own half a dozen of these in the extreme motion line of cargo shorts. They are super comfortable with the flex waistband. The phone pocket is very convenient and the cargo flap pockets carry all kinds of good stuff securely. Best shorts ever.

The Only Shorts I Wear Now

Because I am between sizes in standard shorts -- 38 and 40, where 38 is too tight and 40 too loose -- I appreciate the fit of size 38 Extreme Motion shorts. They fit fine. One comment though: as other reviewers have noted, the sizing in these shorts varies, seemingly from color to color. I purchased the gray shorts and while not so tight I will return them, they are noticeably snugger in fit than are the bourbon-colored shorts.
