Love these shorts. Wear a size 32 jean comfortably, but bought these in size 30's to compensate for the stretchy material else they'd be sliding down around my ankles within the hour without a belt. If you prefer buttons to velcro be careful when purchasing certain colors like the blue camouflage that only comes with velcro closures on the pockets.
