I love my KitchenAid 4.5 quart deluxe stand mixer! I leave it on my counter because I use it so often. I knead bread, make cookies, cake, brownies, and whipped cream, lots of other stuff too. This mixer is so easy to use and clean, and it's elegant style is so professional looking. I also have a KitchenAid 6 quart mixer, which I use for large batches of bread, etc. but the smaller 4.5 quart mixer is the one I use almost daily. If you bake, you really need this stand mixer.
