I was nervous about it being too light weight to work. Actually, I thought that would be good for my senior parent. The sunction is strong at the base, and she was able to do her baking much faster than fussing with a hand mixer. It was able to handle her thick oatmeal cookie dough with no problem. I'm pleased with it.

5 stars because of price. It's lightweight which is a plus. KitchenAid mixers are super heavy because they need to be to stay in place with their string motor movements. This mixer is lightweight but stays in place with suction cup feet. The attachments didn't scrape the bottom of the bowl like a K mixer, but at the price point, I am fine with the one time stop-and-scrape the bowl that fixes that. All in all, this is a fantastic mixer for the price (I think I paid $59 for the 3.5qt). And like the name, it is "Beautiful". I recommend.

i took it out of the box and set it up, went to use it for the first time and it makes an awful screeching noise. contacted customer service and they said because i bought it online, despite having a warranty which i still never got the info for, they couldnt do anything. it works great and does its job well it just sounds awful.
