Why didn't I know about this?
I love this “bread saw” as we call it. I don't know why I never heard of it before. Back story…my pandemic hobby became bread making. It's become an obsession and I love it. I was using my serrated bread knife to slice and it works…not the best but oh well. I made it work, especially on crusty breads which you had to really put your back into slicing. This is crazy how little work this bread saw is. Like a hot knife through butter…even crusty bread loaves. It's great on soft brioches too. Bagels…perfect.. HIGHLY recommend to anyone with a bread making obsession.
