I purchased this trash can because it was for our bathroom and wanted one large enough to hold many items and yet had some class to it. Like color...it goes with our new theme of colors and is easy and quiet to use. Best of all, our cats and dogs can't manage to figure out how to get into it so no more "stuff" all over from them getting into mischief. We love it and are very glad we found it at Walmart...where the price was very reasonable.
