good breeze and it tilts

This fan works so well that I bought another one. I accidently bumped into it on the floor and it pointed up at my ceiling fan that was off. The ceiling fan just doesn't put out a good flow of air to me. Even though my ceiling fan was turned off the blades were turning like it was on cause the fan works so well. That was on the low setting when it was turning the blades on my ceiling fan.
