Since being diagnosed with celiac disease 5 yrs ago, I haven't found many desserts that are gluten free. This is one of the better ones and I don't worry about wheat allergies. Like all things wheat free, the expense is higher than items which contain wheat. I wish that wheat free items were not more expensive, but my sweet tooth is at a low level, so this is a treat for me.
