After lugging heavy laundry bags downstairs for many years, this item is a game changer. I live in a split level, but I can roll this to top of stairs, take the bag out and go downstairs to laundry room. I was surprised at how much laundry this holds, given the small appearance. This is a really nice laundry cart. I wanted something bigger but taller instead of wider that wasn't made of plastic. This works for me. It doesn't take up a lot of space %26 holds a lot of clothes. I myself don't remove the bag at the moment because I can roll it over to the washing machine but I do think that part will be nice when it needs a cleaning.
