Upset!

I'm very upset with this order. I received it missing parts. I contacted the company on the Instruction manual and after four days of going back and forth they told me that I have to contact Walmart in order for them to do anything for me. It's missing important screws so I'm not able to finish putting it together. It's in pieces in my living room. They asked me to find a hardware store, no one sells these screws, I checked four hardware stores. Then they asked me to confirm I actually bought the item. And they asked me to check my box for the missing pieces which was the first thing I did before I contacted them. I just need the four missing screws so I finish putting this together and I keep getting the run around.
