Just remember I am over 75. The assembly of this cabinet with fireplace took almost 2 hours. Even with a very good set of instructions if you have assembled things before, you need to pay attention the the way the parts are laying and compare them to the pictures.. Other then that, we had a great time putting it together, and even greater times viewing our TV on top and watching the fire befoe.
