Perfect little scooter

The assembly was pretty staight forward. The battery came with enough charge to test and make sure everything was working correctly. We then charged the battery overnight. We are pleased with the weight and features. This is a great value for the money. We had a minor issue and we emailed Eaglog. They responded promptly and resolve the issue to our satisfaction.

Fulfilled my needs

Finding this on sale was a life saver. I had emergency ankle surgery non-weight bearing for 6 to 8 weeks. A walker was out because I would have to hop, not good with artificial knees. Knee scooter same problem. Crutches okay but limited ability to do activities for church, grocery but more importantly go with my husband to Mayo medical appointments. We bought a second battery as they charge slowly. The little tires in the back hang too low and hit the ramp as I came off and hit sidewalk/road dips. Also got caught on them. They are used to roll the scooter for storage. Both broke off within two weeks. Screws let go. Still worth the value to me. My home is accessible so I could use it easily in my home. Just needed to adjust furniture. Speed and ability to manage hills was satisfactory. Heavy to load with both batteries installed.
