I purchased this scooter because I've had difficulties getting around. I needed it so I could do things with my grandchildren and get to the store. When it arrived I had a problem with it not moving. I contacted the company and they got right back with me and sent me a video on how to fix it. It works great. I absolutely love it. I went to the store yesterday and still have plenty of battery left. I would recommend this company and a scooter if you need help getting around.
