I went in strong and decided to start my rowing at a level 8 resistance (the highest it goes) and it SEEMED easy at first, but within 5 minutes I was working up a sweat and could really feel my heart rate accelerating nicely. This thing engages your legs, abs, arms, chest, and back all in one simple motion! I'm a hige fan after only 3 days of having it assembled and can't wait to start seeing results. **Only took about 45 mins to build this sucker on my own.

Well Made Rowing Machine

Well made and smooth rowing machine. It took me about 40 minutes to put it together about a week ago. have completed only about 2,000 rows in about an hour and a half and it is working very well. I am 6 foot 1 inches tall with a 34 inch inseam and I have about an extra 4 inches to spare in the back, so this machine would accommodate someone who is much taller. I am 64 years old and about average strength for my age. I have it set on resistence level 6 of 8 and it is a fim pull for me. Level 8 may not be challenging enough for someone who is very strong.
