KitchenAid Deluxe Series 4.5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer with Stainless Bowl, Mineral Water Blue, Model KSM97MI

We haveyet to use this mixer but had one in the past. One thing I love is the quality of each mixer...bullet proof and easy to use. We love the color (mineral water) because it works well in our new kitchen's scheme. When you find something that works above your expectations we say hold onto it...this one's a keeper.

Absolutely excellent machine! I had one for years and gave it to my son so I was in need of another mixer and after Kitchen Aid, there is no other! I waited a long time but this one was a very good sale so I'm glad I got it when I did. PROS: [1] The machine was well packaged and arrived on time, in undamaged packaging, with all parts and worked as expected (wonderful!). [2] Operates and functions just like the one I had and used for over3 decades before. My son still uses it, which is why a Kitchen Aid is worth the financial investment. [3] This Kitchen Aid mixer is lighter weight but not a lightweight. It doesn't stand quite as high as the one I had before and this may account for some or all of the lighter weight. At my age, I truly appreciate the lighter weight. [4] I haven't bought the attachments but look forward to getting and trying them out. It's nice to have a small kitchen appliance with multiple capabilities. [5] The bowl and beaters all attach easily and perform as expected. [6] The color pallet is different than when I bought my original KA mixer so I now have a light sage green Kitchen Aid mixer that's “pretty” as well as functional. CONS: If you want to consider it a con, it's probably still heavier than other free standing mixers but has the quality of Kitchen Aid behind it. It's not an issue for me because I'll probably be using it several more decades, or someone will!😉 Happy days in the kitchen again!I I very highly recommend this Kitchen Aid mixer. It's as if I still had my old mixer in a beautiful color that's easier to carry and move due to its lighter weight.
