The mattress arrived quickly and was in a smaller (width) box than I've seen before. It does require two people for a team lift but if you are on your own with it, it's not too heavy to drag for a mattress. I LOVED the fact that it has the plastic wrap around it and then on it so I was able to unroll it, lay it on the bed frame, and then pop the plastic around it to allow it to begin inflating. I've been sleeping on this mattress for about a week and a half and so far it's been great! The firmness doesn't seem to be changing and it feels like it's helped my back pain ease up some.
