I've had this bed since October 10th of 2025 and it's going great. For reference my husband and I are both 6 feet tall and 250 pounds. It's pretty firm but the quilting on top is plush enough that I don't need to add anything else except a mattress cover and that's optional. It can't be flipped.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of communication regarding my order. I purchased a Queen Medium-Firm mattress but received a soft mattress that appears to be Full-sized; it can not comfortably accommodate two adults. This is the first time a mattress has caused me physical pain, making it the worst quality bed I have ever owned. I expect a prompt resolution.

Best bed in a box I have ever brought. This bed is so good I brought three of them . Two full size and one queen. I brought the two full size first and realized what an amazing bed I brought for two of my daughters and I had to get it. I threw out my old bed that was a few years old. With some spills from the kids etc. it was a dark grey bed so you couldn’t see the stains. But imagine if it was white. To prevent that this time I also brought a mattress covering which worked perfectly. This bed isn’t only soft but firm as well. Not too soft but to firm. It’s just right. Thank you. And I look forward to buying two more as well.

Best bed ever! I fight so hard to get out of the bed because it’s so comfortable! Beware of that though! 10/10

So far we like the mattress...you need to be careful when you cut the plastic and stay out of the way as the mattress unrolls! Disappointed that the warranty period is less than competitors. I think Walmart would make it good even after 90 days.
