When the mattress got here, I was thoroughly confused. The box was long and thin. It was heavy to move, but two people can carry it fairly comfortably. When the seal on the plastic, vacuum sealed wrapping was cut, the mattress puffed up to the full queen size. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I have bad backs, yet it truly helped our back feel better. I highly recommend it.

Super slow operating system. Terrible slow picture. No wonder it is 500 dollars now from the 999.98 I paid. There are so many reviews now for the 86 inch all having the same issue. Apparently Vizio has an inadequate operating system for this size tv. They said just look out for possible updates. Terrible product.

I'm happy with this purchase. It is very comfortable for me – not too firm, not too soft. I can sit on the edge if needed with no problem. The color is exactly what I was looking for (black). It takes shape in a minute and I was able to use it right away. The only recommendation: when you cut the cover, step back, as the mattress expands quickly and can hit you — but this applies to all mattresses of this type.
