Have only used it a few times, but it has performed as advertised. When the description mentioned something about "even toasting technology" I decided we had to try this toaster. (We had lost the rack to the old toaster oven somehow.) The old toaster had not toasted very evenly, and we had been unhappy with it for a while.With the new toaster, so far, so good.
