I have used all items at least once since purchasing and they are performing as advertised. Washing by hand so far and using included utensils. Long term usage will be the final deciding factor. I bought this set in hopes it would actually perform as advertised "Never Stick" so far, so good. Other non stick cookware eventually had build up of food and scortching that interfeared with non stick performance. It will require time to determine if the never stick is the answer to this element.

These are amazing. It says they are mix between non-stick and cast iron. It is so true. I have never seen anything like them. Lived them after the first use. I have already bought my brother and sis-in-law and my younger cousins a set. They lice them too.
