DHP Zakari Sofa, Gray

This sofa comes in a fairly large box, probably 4' x 2.5' x 2.5'. It will take 2 strong people to get it into your home. All parts were in the box. The instruction manual was clear and easy to understand, and in both English and French. Putting this together only took about a half hour. It was so easy that we didn't really need the instruction manual except to double check that it was done correctly when we were done. The frame is made of actual plywood and not particle board. The covering looks and feels like linen but seems to be much more durable. Legs are also wood. There are metal slides for the sofa backs that slide right in and push down. The color was actually more of a blue-gray than an actual gray. We thought it would be more the size of a loveseat than a sofa but it is actually almost as long as our prior sofa, maybe 6"-8" shorter if that. I haven't sat on it for very long but it seems comfortable, fairly firm now or at least firmer than what we had. We love it. You won't regret purchasing this.

I did a lot of searching on Walmart for a good couch and finally settled on this one. I am happy I did. It arrived extremely early and I got it delivered within a few days of ordering it. It was fairly easy to assemble as I did it by myself. I do however recommend another person to help, just to make it easier. The overall quality is tough and seems durable. Just a heads up, I received hard plastic legs, instead of wood legs like the description implied. I am not sure if that was a mistake or if the couch now comes with those. However, it makes no difference to me. All parts were present in the packaging and went together just fine. I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend this to anyone on the fence about buying it. I say go for it!
